Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from receiving your parcel to return your item to our warehouse.
We will only accept returns on all full-priced items. There are items that are ineligible for return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached
- clothing must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
- clothing must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
- boxed items must be unopened and the seal unbroken.
Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.
Any sale, promo, or discounted items are 'final sale' and, unfortunately, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully when shopping during a sale period.
Items that are ineligible for return (unless deemed faulty) due to hygiene standards and requirements:
- Underwear
Please note we do not cover the shipping costs or provide labels on returns.

CHANGE OF MIND
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind or change of size returns
- We provide the option of exchange or a gift card as store credit
FAULTY ITEM
- If you believe that an item you have purchased from us is faulty, please contact our support team via hello@deucebrand.com.au within 14 days of your purchase, including a description of the fault and any accompanying images showing the area of fault with the product.
- In the event that your item is deemed faulty, we will;
- Provide a refund back to the same account from the original purchase
- OR provide an exchanged item
- OR store credit
- Please be advised that items outside of the 30-day period will not be considered under our Faulty Item Policy and therefore are not eligible for exchange/store credit. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for all our customers.
EXCHANGE
- If the item is not the right size or does not suit you, you have the option to exchange it for a different size or item. We will send the exchange items to you as soon as your return is processed.
- Please note that we cannot hold products for exchange. We advise you to send your return promptly to ensure that you receive your exchange items without any delay.
- In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT
- Your Store Credit will become active once we have received your product back at our facility.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and Store Credit issued.
- Store Credit is issued to you in the form of a Gift Card and is emailed electronically to the original email address from the order. Please check your spam/junk mail if you haven’t received this yet.
- Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.
- Discount Codes previously applied are excluded from the Return Store Credit value.
